Velix is a dynamic open-format DJ now based in Vancouver, originally emerging from Edmonton’s vibrant nightlife scene in 2013. With a background as both a DJ and gogo dancer, her connection to the dance floor runs deep — she understands energy, movement, and how to create a room that feels alive.

Her sets blend House, Electro, Top 40, Hip-Hop, Rock remixes, and high-impact party anthems — always mixed with intention and always tuned to the crowd. Velix is known for her ability to weave genres together seamlessly, keeping the dance floor packed and the energy building throughout the night. This versatility has earned her long-term club residencies (with the longest running seven years before she relocated) and performance slots alongside major touring acts such as Gorgon City, Bijou, The Twins, and New World Sound.
