Shawn Magnus is an experienced public speaker with a natural talent for engaging audiences. With a background in Toastmasters and professional training through the Premier Sales Organization (PSO) program, Shawn has mastered the art of clear, confident communication. His career has seen him train others in customer service and public speaking, giving him a strong foundation in managing events and connecting with people.

As a wedding MC, Shawn plays a key role in ensuring your special day flows seamlessly. He coordinates with wedding planners to keep the event on track, making sure everything runs smoothly and on schedule. Whether it’s guiding speakers, interacting with guests, or maintaining the energy of the celebration, Shawn brings warmth and professionalism to every moment.

​A seasoned performer, Shawn has led weddings, special events, and even large-scale performances. He spent five years as the lead singer of the Motown band Chevy Ray and the Fins and has sung the national anthem for major events, including a Vancouver Canucks game and the National Sprint Car Dirt Derby, where he performed in front of an audience of 40,000 people. His ability to connect with audiences, big or small, ensures that your guests feel comfortable and entertained throughout the celebration.​
In addition to his MC duties, Shawn offers gentle coaching for those giving speeches, helping nervous speakers feel more confident and polished. He’s also well-versed in Christian ceremonies and can facilitate prayers or blessings with grace and sincerity.​
