About Colton Wheeler
Ever since Colton Wheeler started his DJ career over a decade ago, he has been the one man band behind many weddings, night club events, beach parties, Christmas parties, intimate gatherings, and commercial events.
Colton is based out of out of Kelowna, BC, but he originally grew up in the small town of Grand Forks BC. With over a decade of DJ experience under his belt, and 5 years as a professional wedding DJ, he has been given any kind of challenge a DJ could face, and always hit the mark.
Having spent many years playing at all of the major local night clubs (alongside local hard-hitters and national acts alike), holding multiple residencies, DJing special events and being a professional wedding DJ, Colton has had a lot of time to develop his sound. For him, it’s all about mood and a vibe, and feeling out the crowds unspoken needs and delivering what they didn’t know they needed until they heard it. The type of soundtrack that gets you tapping your feet and nodding your head without you realizing it, regardless of genre, tempo, style, or era.

One of our biggest must-have of our wedding day was to give our guests a night full of fun, and dancing until the very last moment. This was ABSOLUTELY done by the incredible team of Alix, DJ Tyco and DJ Colton!! From the beginning, I had a very in depth phone call with Alix and DJ Tyco who both made me feel so comfortable about choosing them and so happy we did. It was a no brainer to choose them and we booked them instantly. They walked us through their entire process which was so easy and seamless. Their detailed questionnaire leading up to our big day allowed them to fully curate an amazing list of music that included songs of all genres and for all ages that were on the dance floor all night. It was an absolute vibe that I will never forget. One of their questions was what we were looking for and word for word I wrote “Vegas pool party vibe” and it was that and so much more!! DJ Colton who Alix and DJ Tyco chose for our wedding was absolutely incredibly and couldn’t have asked for a better team to make our day truly come to life.
